My Approach

I believe absolutely everyone can benefit from therapy. We’ve all developed our own sets of coping techniques and skills over time, some of which have proven helpful while others may have become problematic in our relationships with others and with ourselves. Therapy offers a safe, nonjudgmental space to address and explore what’s keeping us from identifying and achieving our goals and experiencing joy.

I view our work to be collaborative and empowering! You are the expert on your life — you’re in the driver’s seat and I’m alongside you holding the map and offering guidance but ultimately you’re the one in control. I’ll offer you genuine support, honest feedback, insight, and perspective, and will be transparent with you throughout the process.

On a personal note

I’m a New York City native and recent Western Massachusetts transplant. When I’m not walking my dog or cuddling with my two cats, I can be found dropping into a drawing session, pottery class, or woodshop.
